Nozbö Wibi Kez (/ˈnozbo˞/ /ˈwibi/ [heavy] [cupboard]) is a temperate Town located in Tukvuprutguji Zone, Tuprmjagi Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name Nozbö Wibi Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Nozbö Wibi Kez was founded by Johnny Wudush, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Nozbö Wibi Kez has a yearly average temperature of 33°C (91°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 38°C (100°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 29°C (84°F). Overview

Nozbö Wibi Kez was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1442, by Johnny Wudush. The establishment of Nozbö Wibi Kez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Nozbö Wibi Kez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Nozbö Wibi Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nozbö Wibi Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Nozbö Wibi Kez is buildings folow an organic layout of broad worn bedrock streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The timber-based walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Nozbö Wibi Kez has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Nozbö Wibi Kez’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.

Nozbö Wibi Kez's locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.

Nozbö Wibi Kez's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

In Nozbö Wibi Kez snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
